Manny Soto is the Director of Operations at Burning Daily, where he helps keep day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations running smoothly. He manages inventory, shipping, and logistics for nationwide orders, making sure everything moves efficiently from the warehouse to the customer.
With over 8 years of hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics environments, Manny focuses on organization, efficiency, and building processes that make operations easier and more reliable. He works closely with the sales, compliance, and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory, improve workflows, and solve operational challenges as the company continues to grow.
Before joining Burning Daily, Manny worked in several warehouse leadership roles where he supervised teams, improved fulfillment processes, and helped manage high-volume distribution environments. He’s known for being detail-oriented, practical, and focused on finding better ways to get things done.
Outside of work, Manny enjoys staying active, learning about new technology and automation, and spending time outdoors.
