Shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Simply select free shipping during checkout.
SHIPPING TIME
Any order made before 3:00p Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Any order placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
Once shipped, it will take generally 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on where the delivery address is located. Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather and holidays may cause delays in shipping time.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through whichever notification method you selected. Either SMS or email. You can also log into your account to locate your tracking number.
WILL CALL ORDERS
Will call orders are not accepted. Due to the high volume of orders we take in on a daily basis, it would be more efficient to ship the order directly to you. If you are local, the general ship time is one day.
STATE BY STATE PRODUCT COVERAGE
Certain products will be locked out from shipping due to state regulations and bans. International shipping is not offered for the time being due to different country regulations.

STANDARD RETURNS
Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final unless product(s) arrive defective.
DEFECTIVE UNITS
We will honor a 48 hour period from arrival date to return any defective hardware. Please inspect and test your item(s) right away to meet the time window. Please contact us for exchange and return instructions.
Disposable units must have at least 80% of distillate or the item will be returned to you.
BurningDaily reserves the right to redirect you to the manufacturer of the product.
HARDWARE COMPATIBILITY
BurningDaily will not be held responsible for compatibility issues, such as a battery and a tank. Please do your research before making a purchase. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Any exchanges will be issued as a store credit.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not available, please notify us. We will not be held responsible for any refunds processed to prepaid cards or canceled credit cards.
