I received 4 leaky disposables. Customer service replaced them for free. The call was fast, easy, and friendly. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. They shipped them immediately. AMAZING customer service!!!
I was excited to receive my pens, but NOT happy at all when I opened the package. All 4 of the disposable pens I purchased had LEAKED, and they were COVERED with the sticky liquid from inside. There was almost no liquid left in the pens themselves. None of them are usable. I've tried contacting customer service, but they are never available, I just get a recorded message. I'm hoping Burning Daily will replace them??? If not, it was a total waste of money. VERY dissapointed. :-(
